Ammolite Opera’s mission is to produce opera by living composers through the voices of Canadian artists.
Founded on the belief that opera is a living art form, Ammolite Opera is the confluence of time honoured traditions and contemporary creativity. We are the curators of the operatic experience, dedicated to crafting performances that resonate with modern audiences while paying homage to the art forms’ storied past.
We are excited to be creating a new summer opera company based in the beautiful city of Calgary, Alberta.
